I have been a photographer for more years than I like to admit; starting with begged and borrowed equipment in the high school days. I have never wanted to make it my primary source of income (that seems to me a good way to kill a passion). I have played at being a freelance outdoor photographer, sold some stuff to magazines, and was a fairly regular contributor to outdoor magazines, such as Florida Sportsman for some years. I am also an artist of sorts and I think that the art training has helped my photography more than any photography training. I paint the same kinds of things that I photograph. Mostly I love the outdoors: hiking, fishing, boating or just roaming around are my ideas of heaven so clearly that’s what I photograph. In Flordia we have a wealth of photogenic scenery - though it is quickly receding to the advance of man. I also enjoy my periodic trips out west as you’ll see in my “west” gallery.
Currently, I take the pictures I want to and sell them from my gallery/ frame store in Winter Springs. My pictures are collected by discriminating (obviously) like minded collectors and even some corporate clients.
For those of you who care about that kind of thing; I use various types of equipment. My digital pictures are taken with Canon equipment. I still use Medium (Mamiya RZ67) and Large format (Home Cobbled together) Equipment for landscape photos that I want to be able to blow up large. Digital is getting close to medium format film, but it’s not quite there yet, and even then medium format digital is just too expensive. Not long now, though.

All of my pictures are available for sale, either printed or licensed. The printed sizes available will vary depending upon the equipment used to take the shot. If you have an interest please email me for information:
